ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician1 month agoA. hellongive plenty of water to drink. also use coconut oil before bath and use lotions like sebamed and cetaphil after bath to keep the dryness less.and skin soft for the baby

Also use skin friendly products..My son had delicate skin and my pediatrician recommended to use Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion that contains the goodness of Colloidal oat meals that protects and moisturizes the baby's sensitive skin for 24 hours.
