This is dryness..
Do not use soap as it further dries the skin.
use milky wash like babyhug head to toe milky wash with protein formula that will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth.
Then apply lotion on the skin like babyhug 24 hours moisturising lotion after giving bath to ur baby.
