my son's skin shows no indicator of dryness but when I touch it I can feel that it's rough. the skin had very tiny bumps in patches (like goosebumps). What could it be?

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug massage oil
don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
