my son's left eye always water comes out .water is not sticky .

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. tears in the eyes can be due to a blocked tear duct and you need to massage the inner no side corner of that eye downwards towards the nose tip to open the blocked tear duct
