My son's body getting hot,mostly his palm and feet getting too hot.When he woke up in the morning after sometime it is becoming normal. is there any worry ?

A. during sleep head back and abdomen there will be sweating to regulate body temperature that the sweat glands are more in this areas generally in hands there may not be that much sweat glands so there little bit warmer
