Actually you need to make sure that you’re giving ample of fluids and fibre in their diet three things I will tell you you should definitely try doing that is that give butter milk twice a day papaya at least one time in the day and make your child sit in Malaasan and every morning for 15 to 20 minutes start with 10 minutes and give warm water which will be very helpful
