my son just entering 6th mnth his birth weight is 3kgs now he is 5kgs..can I feed cerlac for him?

A. Hello dear parent, yes you can begin with semi solid food with your baby. Begun with moong dal ka Pani 5 to 6 spoons 2 to 3 times a day. Do this for 2 days and look for any indigestion in the baby increase the quantity of required. Also give home made Cerelac,Khichdi,rice water, apple pure etc
