A. Dear mum, weight of 5 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby, considering a birth weight of 3 kg. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months. For healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
