my son is very week nad he has atain. age of 4 but looks like of 2 nd ..what we can do for the improvement of child

A. hi physique may depends on genetics. so , please don't take stress for this much it may vary to each child ,so please don't compare your child with others. if a child is happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
