My son is stammering when he starts to speak a sentence. Otherwise he is fluently expressing his thoughts..He cries alot and hitting others as well. sometimes he gets angry, throwing things and then rolling on the floor. It is bothering me alot. please suggest

A. it is ok for baby. Speech to become good and clear takes time and will develop with age only for boosting the same just restriction on screen time and some knowledge play games can be played with the kid.
