my son, is peeing after 7 hours appx , almost only 2 times a day, but a lot from last week, can anyone help i am already giving water???

Without proper physical examination does not possible to understand their underlying conditions. Get your child personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctors advice.
