my son is passing hard motion y is it and what to be done

A. for hard motion give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

A. Hi dear Give warm bath to baby which may help in relief of constipation Massage baby’s tummy area in circular motions Offer fruit juice to baby especially of prune juice which is really helpful in tight stools
