For healthy weight gain, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, milk and it's products. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks along with variety of snacks.
For height gaun, first reduce screen time and engage him in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, cycling, hanging in bars and other outdoor games.
