my son is having yellow discharge from eyes and eyes are red... getting water from eyes...what should we do? is it contagious...will he get fever...he is not sleeping... crying alot

A. it might be some eye infection most probably, a warm, wet towel placed on your babies eyes several times . Do get checked with Eye specialist to rule out some bacteria or viral infection n management accordingly
