Q.

my son is having hight fever 101 how many hr should we have gap to give paracetamol.can we give after every 4 hrs?

A. look. keep a watch on body temp 4 to 6 hours. if it is above 100 f. you can give paracetamol in right dose. if fever do not get down half hour after giving pcm do tepid sponging
