Q.

My son is having cold cough for more than 3 weeks now with fever once in a while. How to cope with that. I have been to doctors twice already yet it comes ones the medication is over.

A. hi your baby is 3 years old now it can be di to exposure to cold air or smoke or dust as a part of allrgic reaction so try giving budecort nebulisation twice a day for 5 days

A. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give warm water with pinch of turmeric powder, Tulsi leaves and salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
