Q.

My son is going to be 3 years in 2 months..he hasn't started speaking anything yet..Amma also he speaks only when he wants .i am worried. what should I do ?

A. What is your child understanding each and every thing well enough that your child should be as per the age that is very very important understanding face a very important role and one time just to be on the safer side I would advise you to connect with a speech therapist
