Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that the main source of nutrition for your baby write up until 1 year old is mother's milk so continue to focus on that solids is just complementary so do not force video baby or create a negative Association with food just make sure that you are giving your baby a well balanced diet with a lot of options server a plate while you eat so that she will just watch and learn and would want to imitate
