Q.

my son is 6 yr old, usse morning se hi jii ghabra raha he esa lagta he, vomiting aa rahi he but hamesha nahi hoti, shyad usse gas banti he, i don't know esa kyo hota he ,kuch bhi jada nahi kha pata, me kya karu?

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for thishghk .
