My son is 4year old from when he started going to school every 10days he is suffering from cold and cough its been more than a year

ji , it happens
because child comes in contact with other kids and if he is having low immunity ,he can get such infections easily.
so you need to start work upon buiding your child's strong immunity
and for that ,i advise to give healthy ,nutritious diet more
avoid giving outside food items frequently
keep him well hydrated
ensure your child takes enough sleep
