Q.

my son is 4 yrs old..before 20 days he got a fever..then again he got fewer after 10 days .after that he is not having food while sleeping he is having milk by bottle ..in full day he took 1roti only.. before that he had good diet .

A. before food intake was good but now after fever baby has no taste.. try developing give some favourite small serves you can give vegetables soup tomato soup.... start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatrician
