Fever is really tired so it actually snatched the appetite away from the child so you can go ahead with giving more of liquids right now you can give varieties of soups to the child because you loaded with vegetables by grinding them well and making it tasty so child would have that you can give liquid Khichdi porridge you can give coconut water buttermilk lemonade all these things would be healthy for the child
