DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he has received a vaccinations and got a fever so paracetamol is given but temperature is very high so give him frequent breast feeding and fruits juice and cold water sponges
