my son is 3yrs 9 months old he read everything he understanding everything he song rhymes but he didn't interact?

A. Look I’ve been through this scenario very closely with my child so I know that they could be a problem consult a psychologist child psychologist and go for the suggestion that they gave if they say that there is a delay or something then I recommend to start with a homeopathic treatment and if any therapy would be required to be given to the child

A. Understanding songs and rhyme is completely fine because your child is basically responding to music and nothing else this does not necessarily means that your child understand I think there could be a problem in speech and communication it would be advisable for you to consult a child specialist one time
