my son is 3mnths old. My paeditrician has suggested Bevon drops for my baby. Is it good for him? Why is it given? Are there any side effects of this medicine? please help.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. it is a multivitamin for your child and it does not have any side effects but will always replenish if there is any deficiency of multivitamins in the child. if the growth of the child is proper you can gradually stop it

Bevon drops combats weakness and exhaustion, and improve body's resistance to infections. and in my opinion there is no side effects of this.. take care
