My son is 3 years old now... But still all of his tooth didn't came... His upper n lower 2 big tooth yet to come.... Is it normal or to worry abt?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. sometimes they show a little delay in getting their milk teeth and it's normal..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Its Absolutely normal I do not think you have to worry about that also I am going to tell you it would be good enough if you can manage to do consult a paediatric dentist was at least will be much more sure about that situation that way
