my 17mnth old boy is having four upper teeth but only 1 lower tooth.... do i need to get worry?

A. Hi usually kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the lower gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
