my son is 3 years 3 months old still not talking.he talks some words.he point out for what he want.he follows some command.when I ask him where is car he point out but when asked him what is this then he does not reply.he knows who is mummy papa dada Dadi but not calling us by name

My child was like this he was pointing towards things he needed.. and now he started to talk very fluently. Don't force your kid to talk. And reduce the screen time... Talk to him through little stories.. To make them confident to talk, I used to play rhymes like Jhony Jhony, Old McDonald, Wheels on the bus etc. to him during playtime also. If don't bother and get tensed it will eventually gives pressure on the kid. And when they play along with their peer groups in play school they will start to talk no stop. 
Remember one more thing Every kid is unique and special, don't compare them with others.

good afternoon it could be the mood swings of the child I would recommend you to try to make sure that you are sending the child to school this will help to improve the communication of the child
