My son is 3 and half month old. During morning hours from 11 am till 6 pm , i used to put cotton nappies while at night, i generally use diaper and also apply coconut oil or rash cream everytime while changing diaper. Even then he has redness near anus area. What will be the reason behind this??

A. Apply boroplus Cream on to that area it would be the best one to go for because the rash creams and coconut oil or not that helpful when it comes to rashes into the diaper area or in this area so apply this one
