my son is 2yr 7m old he hasn't start talking yet even though he understands everything. the only words he would say is mama,papa , hi and bye.

A. Now it would be a good time for you to consult your doctor as till that I am the child doesn’t pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years also then it is advisable to consult a speech therapist once
