Q.

my son is 2years 11 months he speaks only alphabets ,1,2 to 10, n mumma papa n repeated some hindi words n understand all things n give signs to do that think but never talk what will I do

A. it s ok and fine if baby speaks. Reduce screen time, encourage conversations , recite play time and bed time stories to your baby. Improve interaction avoid tv avoid smartphones to baby. Incase all such tricks do not prove successful then should not delay help seeking and should see a pediatrician and speech therapist soon.
