my son is 22 months old and his head is getting hot sometimes.is it symptom of fever

See without a proper temperature note you cannot figure out whether it is fever or not sometimes the body temperature can be warm but it is necessarily not fever always so in this situation you should take a temperature with a thermometer if it shows 99° that means it is fever then you give paracetamol otherwise no requirement
