My son is 20 months old. At times he becomes too cranky and out of control specially at night time . Is there a medicine which we can give him which wil help him to sleep at such time without any side effects

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, drc diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
