my son is 20 days old he didn't do stool from last 24 hrs is it normal ,he also passes gas

going even a week without having a bowel movement is ok, because most of the breast milk get absorb n nothing to lest to poop out.

Take care. slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax
