Q.

my one month old baby passes gase n in every passing gas he passes little stool.. is it normal??

A. yes it is normal in this it is called as gastrocolic reflex you should not worry gases causes discomfort to the baby for that you can give colimax drops if required and relieve the gases by giving proper burping and tummy time after every feed, cyclic motion of legs also help . .
