my baby is 45 days old.. every time when he passes gas he passes some amount of stool with water.. wht should i do?

Keep her hydrated by giving her BM
Mom should not use food that causes gas and indigestion.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
If she has lose motions, she can be given enterogermina probiotics drops twice a day , two two drops
