Q.

my son is 2 yrs old ,he is continuing vomiting n not eating at all,what should I do?

A. Hello mom if it’s having every time and more frequently would not recommend to force feed the child , if he isn’t willing to then avoid giving it it’s fine .. let his system rest .. just keep him well hydrated enough
