Q.

my son is 2 yrs 6 months old. He knows and able to speak all the objects surrounding us, he knows alphabets and numbers...but he doesn't speak in sentence..we have tried a lot . he don't want to listen us

A. Siri where is your child learned all these things from that is what is something important that I would like to know have you taught your child with the help of books and all or your child has learnt all these things from screen by watching mobile or something because when the child learnt all these things from screen precisely they don’t understand what you say or what you teach just following what they have learnt on the television and that is something that can lead to speech like connecting with parents or anybody around and framing a sentence so I think they could be a little bit of delay into the process also sometimes when you say the child does not listen to us or does not respond where there is a problem you should consult your doctor once
