my son is 2.6 years old bt wo normally conversation nhi krta or hm bole to dhyan v nhi deta bt agr daanto to thoda dhyan deta h bt wo kuch chize smjhta h like papa ko ye de do , papa ke sath jao mtlb chhoti chhoti chize krne ko bolti hu to krta h bt normal conversation nhi smjhta baki khana pani sb mangta h

A. hello encourage the child n give it more opportunity to speak n any concern then is better to check with ur doctor n she will guide u accorringly n will be safe
