Q.

My son is 2.5 years but he doesn't have conversations with us. but he speaks numbers from 1 to 10, abcd and also knows colour. what is needed to be done?

A. hello try to encourage the child n give it more opportunity to speak also any concern then check ur doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child which helps too
