Q.
My son is 3 years 5 months, having a delay in speech. he speaks 3 words but only few words he speaks fluently.. he tells alphabets, numbers, weeks , he knows counting till 10.. Does he require assessment for speech delay?

It is completely alright not to worry about it if you take proper therapy from the doctor things are definitely going to get better over the period you have to know this thing that speech therapy is very common with kids these days and apart from that with that therapy the child can have a better speech over the period
