My son is 1month 15days old, his nose is full of mucus ,due to which i feel he is having problem in breathing, there is noise coming from his nose when he breath. what can be done to clear his nose?

A. it is very common for small children to have such respiratory secretions and noise and for which only nasal saline drops is more than enough and try to prevent temperature variations around the child
