my son is 19 month old and he has no teeth I am worried about this? other wise my son is very active

You should be worried because now it is a delay in the process usually by the time of 17th that it should be visible now it’s good time for you to visit a dentist to know where is the problem where it is going wrong and what is meant to be done ahead of this
