My son is 14 year old and is feeling dizziness, weakness and low appetite. There is no other symptom of fever etc. pls suggest what’s the cause and some remedy. He is feeling very restless.

It could probably be just associated with deficiencies in the body not having a proper appetite there could be number of reasons since I don’t know what is the entire schedule of your child like your child having proper food or not proper proteins are also without that it’s difficult to say but mostly could be associated with deficiencies in the body you have to have a full physical assessment with your doctor once
