my baby girl is 14 months old. from yesterday she has only fever there is no symptom of cold and cough i gave her crocin syrup but fever not gone.she has having less amount of food what to do?

A. image of paracetamol once in every 6 hours Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
