my son is 14 months old can i use mixed herbs in his soup? the bottle which contains oregano, basil,thyme

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. yes dear you can use these hops for the food of your child but many of these mixes have a lot of salt so read the label
avoid giving soup in large quantity as it just fills the small stomach of the child without providing enough nutrition
