My son is 11months old,his potty is so tight and bloodstained .what should I do or how to feed him to reduce this problem

A. I am giving cerelac at 7 in the morning, rice with dal and boiled potato or fry potato, then again cerelac or nestam at 3to4 pm, and 5or 6 biscuits with Nan2 at 8pm..and in between he drinks breastmilk.

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many cases where the most important causative fafctor is decrease intake of high fibre diet along with lesser flguid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and PEG .
