My son is 11 months old n suffering from cold from 4-5 days.Nose is flowing but no congestion observed. please suggest what to do?

A. t-minic drops ho dxcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
