my son is 10 months old he has loose motion and vomiting what to do

This can be because of teething. These are the common symptom of teething. You should start giving entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. And try to give very light food to your baby to baby can digest it. You should add more water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated. Still baby doesn’t get relief then consult with your Paediatrician.
