My son is 1 year old, he has reduced his food intake, if he used to eat a bowl then he is eating only half of it, he is not eating properly, after D3 no other medicine was given, I should have known this also

A. hello try with different food option n receipe n also give small portion of food frequently instead of a large meal at a time so the child will be able to take
